Notice that the county registration date is four days AFTER the birth.
In other words, it is a batch process.
The hospital sends in the COLB when they have enough at one time, or the county has a delay in processing them.

real translation—right wing talk radio and blogosphere did’t bite on that turd and run with it like they planned. Maobama wants to be able to trot out his birth certificate at the right time (whether its an excellent forgery or not is another issue) to be able to say, “See, the TEA party is a bunch of kooks.” as if he/they need any valid excuse.
The difficulty is that they already claim they don’t have a birth record for a little girl who was born on Aug 4, 1961 and is included in both their birth and death index. Why is she not showing up when they do a query of the computer system now, when she WAS showing up at the time they printed out their 1960-64 birth index?
Did they steal her BC# and give it to Obama instead, to make room for him?
It’s a question that deserves an answer but can only be known by a legal investigation including subpoena of the embedded transaction log which shows what was done to that record.
I have presented exact information regarding this to my governor, asking that he compel an investigation by our state AG (since I had previously contacted my state AG and gotten no response). They won’t. I have also sent exact information about this to Darrell Issa. He told the press back in December that he wasn’t going to investigate.
And that is where we’re at as a country. Law enforcement refuses to investigate discrepancies that strongly suggest foul play in matters of extreme national security significance. Obama could not be where he is today without the total abdication of open records watchdogs like Hawaii’s OIP, corruption and criminal activity in the government bureaucracy, and willful blindness and refusal to investigate on the part of both media, law enforcement, and the courts.
And that’s why this really isn’t about Obama at all. It’s about a system that has utterly failed - PEOPLE who have utterly failed to protect this nation and its Constitution.
The one bright light within government on this issue is Lt Col Lakin. The man who sits in jail today after spending $800,000 of his own money because he took his officer’s oath to protect and defend the US Constitution seriously. And the government (DOD) smeared him, denied him Due Process and Sixth Amendment rights to defend himself and compel testimony in his behalf, threw him in jail, and took away his family’s livelihood ... their “thanks” for him being the only person in the whole government structure who had any integrity.
That is what we are up against.
Hospitals at the time were required to collect their BC’s for a week and then send them all to the HDOH - except the outlying islands, which were to collect their BC’s for a month and then mail all the BC’s they had in their office to the HDOH on the 4th day of the next month.
There aren’t a lot of long-forms that are available to compare, but the pattern seems to be that Kapiolani Hospital sent their BC’s to the HDOH on Fridays. There was an instance where both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve fell on Friday and government offices were closed. Someone’s Kapiolani BC was sent in on THURSDAY before New Year’s Eve even though the birth had been in the week before Christmas - showing that the Friday dump at the HDOH hadn’t happened when it normally would have because the HDOH office was closed that Friday, and it wasn’t going to be open the following Friday either so Kapiolani delivered 2 weeks’ worth on Thursday rather than waiting for the next Friday that the HDOH was open and have 3 weeks’ worth of BC’s piled up.
Obama’s COLB says that he was born in the evening of Aug 4, 1961 - a Friday. There is a letter claiming to be from Obama (delivered to Kapiolani by Abercrombie) saying he was born at Kapiolani. If Obama was born in the evening on a Friday he missed Kapiolani’s BC dump for that week and would have been at the beginning of the pile for the BC’s that Kapiolani Hospital would send to the HDOH the following Friday, on Aug 11th.
The Nordyke twins were born the next day, on Aug 5th, and their BC’s were received at the HDOH on Aug 11th. If Obama was born at Kapiolani, his BC should have been in the pile with the Nordyke twins’ - and should have a “Date filed” of Aug 11, just like theirs. But his has a “date filed” of Aug 8th - a Tuesday.
That “date filed” is an anomaly that proves that the “date filed” was either manufactured out of whole cloth (and thus the COLB manufactured out of whole cloth), or else Obama was not born at Kapiolani Hospital.
And another trouble is that Obama’s BC# is higher (later) than the Nordyke BC’s - even though supposedly received by the HDOH and given a number 3 days before theirs.
There are so many anomalies in all this that it’s absolutely crazy for there to be no investigation of this.
I think he knew Obama was not born there. I don’t think he ever saw Barack and Ann with the baby in social settings because Ann wasn’t even in Hawaii. We don’t know exactly when she arrived there, but she took classes in Seattle that fall. Her friend tells of Ann being in Seattle with a baby she didn’t even know how to change diapers for so I’d say that would be pretty soon after birth; it doesn’t take long to figure out how to change a diaper.
So I think Abercrombie lied about that. I think he knows Obama was not born in Hawaii.
So why would he lie about it so publicly (probably at the request of Obama, or at least the approval of him, as Rush reasoned)? Probably because he thought he could get away with it. The only way he could get away with saying he’s gonna find a BC showing Obama was born in Hawaii (knowing that there isn’t a legitimate BC that would ever say that) is if he planned to produce a forgery.
And why wouldn’t he just come out with the forgery as planned? Maybe because there was a possibility that a state would pass an eligibility bill requiring that the embedded transaction log for the birth certificate be disclosed also - which would reveal a forgery and/or any tampering with the record.
IOW, between the time he made his planned, grandiose announcement that he would find the BC and the time he went cowering away saying that it’s illegal for him to disclose anything (which HI’s UIPA actually REQUIRES to be disclosed at this point).... he realized he could possibly get caught in the act of forgery, if a state passed an eligibility bill requiring disclosure of the transaction logs.
His sudden crawling away with his tail between his legs tells us all we need to know, IMHO. This was not a ploy to make “birthers” appear stupid. At the urging of Obama’s handlers, he was going to present a forgery, and now it is he AND OBAMA who appear stupid.
It is absolutely critical that we get an eligibility law passed in at least one state which requires the transaction logs for birth and citizenship records to be submitted along with the records before a name can be printed on the state ballot. That is the only way we can protect this country from corrupt bureaucrats who are willing to forge documents for illegals - and this is a problem that exists all over the place, but the Hawaii bureaucracy’s corruption has been especially revealed through all the laws they’ve broken on Obama’s behalf.
Do the good people of Hawaii pay their governor to play cat and mouse over records in order to frame the Tea Party? Is that what all our bureaucrats and elected officials are supposed to do?
Rush and the others don’t have to “take the bait” if that’s what they think is going on here - but they can still say that it is unacceptable for Fukino to say they’ve got a BC and Abercrombie to say they don’t, ESPECIALLY if they’re making these contradictory statements just to taunt those who actually care whether government records have any integrity.
It’s like beating up a Down’s Syndrome kid in order to gain political points. Telling the kid you’ll give him candy and then sucker-punching him. And everybody in the world is afraid that they’ll be the sucker and everybody will think the governor, HDOH, Obama, etc are so cool because they sucker-punched somebody who was stupid enough to believe that government is truthful. “Hahahahahahahaha.”
I say if that’s the games they’re playing with the trust of the American people, the integrity of the system, the mandates of the US Constitution, and the security of this nation.... the country is sick, sick, sick if they will laugh at it.
These people smeared, threw in jail, and stole the livelihood of a respected, noble, and accomplished surgeon who could have been saving soldiers’ lives in Afghanistan in order to play this “sucker punch” game.
What kind of people have we become, if this kind of “game” would win for a politician anything but contempt and a huge backlash? If this is a “game”, it is literally playing a game with the lives of wounded warriors fighting in Afghanistan.
I’m not amused. And I’m greatly saddened if conservative leaders play along with this “game”.

I agree with Rush and Hannity on this one. It smells. Abercombie could not have pursued this without a known end game and permission from the White House. This story is not what it seems.
Eric Holder kinda likes the discretion to decide which laws get enforced too.
And Sheriff Dupnik said he wouldn’t enforce the immigration enforcement law.
It’s kinda like they can undo what the legislative branch comes up with by just not enforcing it. Cool, huh? Why would anybody even want to be a legislator when they could be in the executive branch and either make their own laws by executive order or by choosing which laws to enforce?

I have no doubts that Obama and his handlers are capable of putting this country through He11 in order to frame his opponents as crazy.
And if he can get away with it, the country deserves to be put through it.
If this country wants something besides political He11 to live in, we NEED a law that will make it ineffective for them to do this kind of crap.
That is something that even folks who are squeamish about being sucker-punched can STILL focus on, and that would be very, very helpful at this point. We need to rally behind doing this so politicians and bureaucrats realize that we the people CAN make them accountable to us BETWEEN elections too.
State legislators are not career politicians. They live, shop, and school their kids the same places as normal people. They are less likely than the DC critters to get swamp fever.
The CRS has said this is a state issue; we need to let the DC politicians know that if they are afraid to do what needs to be done to keep their oaths to the US Constitution, then the little guys in some podunk fly-over state will do it. And they will be applauded for it by most people. Just like Arizona was applauded by the rest of the country when they had the guts to enact a law requiring immigration law to be enforced, for the sake of the whole country which is stuck with the effects of the open border.
These people don’t realize it, but IMHO most Americans already realize there has been a big stinking cover-up by everybody in the media, bureaucracy, law enforcement, and courts. If that was PROVEN it would only change one thing: it would give us a way to actually enforce the laws instead of being perpetually screwed by our system.
The people in this country who would riot over somebody actually ENFORCING the laws are the lawless folks like those who rioted over Arizona wanting to enforce the immigration laws. Those people were rioting because they want the loot. Especially if the House cuts off Obama’s credit card these people will not riot for Obama, and even if they do that’s what law enforcement and the National Guard are for.
I thought he could be a natural born citizen based on his mom?
I wonder if it is constitutional for the Leg to limit the ability of the Executive Branch to create Depts, Councils, committees, etc etc. Not to mention using established agencies to push his/her POLITICAL agenda.
The only recourse I see is for these practices to be defunded and defanged. THAT is in the perview(sp) of the LEG.
