Eric Holder kinda likes the discretion to decide which laws get enforced too.
And Sheriff Dupnik said he wouldn’t enforce the immigration enforcement law.
It’s kinda like they can undo what the legislative branch comes up with by just not enforcing it. Cool, huh? Why would anybody even want to be a legislator when they could be in the executive branch and either make their own laws by executive order or by choosing which laws to enforce?

I wonder if it is constitutional for the Leg to limit the ability of the Executive Branch to create Depts, Councils, committees, etc etc. Not to mention using established agencies to push his/her POLITICAL agenda.
The only recourse I see is for these practices to be defunded and defanged. THAT is in the perview(sp) of the LEG.
