This is probably due to the fact that a federal judge was among those murdered. Don't be surprised if the venue is changed. Times have definitely changed. Back in 1979 when Judge Wood was assassinated by Woody Harrelson's father, the federal courthouse where the trial was held was renamed in honor of Judge Wood before the trial.
