Does anyone else worry about the cops having possession of the shooter's computer? (VANITY)

So after Sheriff Dupnik running his mouth about the shooter being incited by "vitriol" coming from cable news & radio, I started worrying about law enforcement having possession of this guy's computer. There is a clear effort being made by many, many people to blame this on the conservatives in this country. I'm not accusing anyone of anything but the thought crossed my mind that could someone "plant" evidence on his computer that he was following Glenn Beck, Palin, etc? Or am I just a tin foil hat freak???

The feds have it. They even recused all the local judges from working on the case which means the feds have total control of all the information.

Possible, but I think it is more likely that through control of the interrogations and the investigative process, the authorities can shape the results of the investigation. They can emphasize certain leads, not followup on others. They can interview people with no connection to the tragedy, “just to be sure.” They could even suggest to the shooter that he could affect whether he is sent to a mental institution rather than the death chamber if he is more forthcoming in certain directions, rather than others. There is great potential for this to be a political process rather than finding the truth and imposing justice.
