Bush's fault. I mean Blair's fault.

Here’s a hint. They’re too freaking old. Plant’s voice cannot hold up to the test of time.

I saw Zep six times in the 70’s and it was an awesome experience.

While I would hate to see Plant go the way of Rod Stewart (Atlantic City, 4pm so the seniors can see him and he can get to bed by 7) I wouldn’t mind seeing plant to contemporary stuff.

As for Page, he did a couple of soundtracks that were decent. To me, he will always be the mystical, drug addled guitarist who played better acoustic than electric.(IMHO)

So Plant’s just another cookie-cutter leftwinger? Not surprising but it’s too bad he couldn’t be more like Bob Dylan or something.

I was at one of the Zepplin concerts in the Filmore West in San Francisco in 1969. Still the best concert ever.

I ******g hate Jan Wenner and Rolling Stone. Plant sounds pretty down to earth. The royalties they must make from songs played on the radio for the last 30 years must be insane.

Jimmy Page supposedly has a very nice house near one of my offices. He shops at a place a 2 blocks away according to someone I know.

I always though J.P. Jones was the most underrated member.

He can pull it off vocally. But visually it is too ridiculous for a 65 year old man with a gray goatee and grayish hair to be jumping around like the 40 year old Robert Plant. Mick Jagger has looked ridiculous for 20 years.

“thankfully i saw Zeppelin live, opening night at Madison Square Garden, 6/7/1977...”

The Song Remains the Same, into Nobody’s Fault But Mine. The best was the encore. Half of Whole Lotta Love right into Rock and Roll.

As good as that was, I still think the 1975 tour was better.

Tony Blair is not a good guy and the Catholic Church got no bargain when he and Newt became Catholics. Blair and the Labour Party Islamified the UK during his reign. They pretty much destroyed it. Plant probably has more money then God. They had very catch tunes but were way overrated.

Tell me.

I'm 67 years old. I overheard my visiting sister tell someone when she was here for Christmas that she was suprised at how well Bill(me) was getting around.
I thought Humphh!!

Bonham was skinny wow. When I saw the reunion pictures in London I thought - who are those really old geezers with John Paul Jones.

"People who have written their story — they've gotten to the point where nothing moves. I don't deal in that, and I don't deal with anybody who deals in that."

Sounds like the last company I worked at - it was in the music biz also - the Founders were stuck to their script and didn't want suggestions for doing anything different than what got them there in the glory days.

Good for Plant.
