I understand what you mean but it isn't as simple as that! Those people following those different paths are going to HELL no matter how nice they are. That is the sad part. No only do they lack the comfort of knowing God through all eternity, THEY ARE ROASTING!
I am NOT excluding anyone from heaven. All a person needs to do, and anyone can do this, is accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. There will be those born moslems and Jews and Hindus and annimists in heaven, because they will have accepted Jesus. Apart from that, they cannot know God's love and forgiveness and that is tragic, utterly, utterly tragic.
So, it is not just choosing your favorite or most appealing religion among many equal religions. Of all things, this is the most important, CHOOSE JESUS, LIFE, THAT YOU MAY LIVE.
Toby, I am not preaching at you. I know you already agree.
So, it is not just choosing your favorite or most appealing religion among many equal religions. One religion is true and ALL the others are false. They are lies and will send their followers to the pit of HELL. Of THIS I am sure. Of all things, this is most important. CHOOSE JESUS, LIFE, THAT YOU MAY LIVE!
I know, I know. I'm preaching and I'm yelling. I hope I am passionate (in comparison) about nothing else.
AMEN! AMEN!
RD, Iowa Granny is close to her constituents. I'm thinking she's going to very responsive and accountable to them.
Has NY been here lately to let us know how his daughter, K. , is doing?
I have no doubt that Iowa Granny will be a delight to her constituents and the RATS worst nightmare!
All right, I am ready for this cold weather with its awful low humidity to come to an END! I have hardwood floors. I wear tennis shoes, for heaven sakes. I walk from my bedroom to the stairs and reach for the railing.
Two inches away ... SPARKS FLY!!! OWWWWWIEEEEE-KAZOWWWWWWIEEEE! That hurts, for heaven’s sake. Oh my goodness.
:-)) Seriously, don't forget to use plenty of moisturizer...like you should have started days ago...seems like all of a sudden the dryness can catch up to you, and....ugh...papercuts, itchiness, roughness...not good.
Thanks. I guess I haven’t been using enough. I hate humidifiers because they have a background hum going on with it. But, I think I have to do that, too. I have been getting more paper cuts, aluminum FOIL cuts, for goodness sake!
I am so looking forward to spring.
I’m glad that all you have to experience with the cold and low humidity is sparks flying in the stair well, dry skin and paper cuts.
My hair will not lie down, sparks fly at me from my car door handles, can’t touch any light switch without sparks and if the radio has static, all I have to do to make it right is touch it. I hate low humidity - almost more than high humidity!
P.S. Thanks for the great sermon you and Toby did together.
YES! That is me. That is so me! I am the Electrical Woman. Hubby is thinking of wiring me up and forcing Alabama Power Company to buy my power and make me part of the electrical grid. It is awful. SPARKS REALLY DO FLY! I get out of cars and do a toe touch to try and ground myself. That is bad enough but what makes it worse is that IT DOESN'T WORK. I get shocked anyway. AAaaaaarghh!
It has to end soon before I get electrocuted.
PS Thank you.
Morning Newsbite:
Arizona state politicians will introduce model legislation this week to encourage states to prevent children of illegal immigrants from being granted citizenship under the 14th Amendment
Did you notice how the Arizona immigration bill fell out of the headlines after the elections?
Auburn (13-0) was nearly unstoppable on its march to the national title game this season.
That is a nice sentence but terribly untrue. NONE of our games were "gimmes". We are stoppable and we had to fight hard on that gridiron. From the first game to the last our opponents could have beaten us. Oregon could beat us. I haven't been paying too much attention to the hype but trying to look at their opponents and how Oregon plays. Frankly, I can't compare them or make a prediction. I have no idea how it will go next week.
Good morning.
I'm counting on your Tigers to represent the SEC well.
;o)
Thank you for posting the pretty sunrise.
One of these days Ole Miss will bounce back. one of these days...
