I’m surprised she hasn’t become a hoops star already. Of course, the top WNBA stars are only making 100K or so, and she might make more than that if she breaks into movies. On the other hand, there are not that many Madame Maxime roles.

Also, she has the proper calf shape for a woman. The gastrocnemius muscle in has a longer, smoother, lower contour in women and a shorter, higher, more incised shape in men.
I guess it's possible s/he is a guy who has gone under the knife for a sex change and calf implants, but it seems unlikely to me.
