Ingredients :
■6 eggs
■1 cup sugar
■1 cup Georgia moonshine
■1 pint of whipping cream
■1 cup milk
Directions
Separate eggs: Yolks in large mixing bowl, whites in medium mixing bowl.
2.Place whipping cream in medium mixing bowl.
3.Beat whites until stiff, adding ⅓ cup of sugar then set aside.
4.Beat cream until stiff, adding ⅓ cup of sugar set aside.
5.Beat york until light and thickening adding ⅓ cup of sugar slowly.
6.Add 1 cup of Georgia Moonshine SLOWLY while beating constantly.
7.To the yolks, mix in the beaten egg whites.
8.To this mixture mix in the whipped cream.
9.To this final mixture add 1 cup of sweet milk and mix well.

The best ‘shine I ever tasted came out of South Jersey.
It was made by a biker named “Uncle Cheeze”.
Holiday Egg Nog
This large recipe for eggnog will serve a crowd at a holiday gathering.
Ingredients:
12 egg yolks
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 quart combination equal parts rum, brandy, bourbon
1 quart heavy whipping cream
2 quarts half and half
6 egg whites
nutmeg
Directions:
Separate eggs and beat the yolks until creamy. Blend in the sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved.
Alternate adding a few ounces of the half and half with the rum/brandy/bourbon mixture and then the whipping cream and remainder of half and half until add ingredients have been added. Beat well after each addition.
Whip the egg whites in a large bowl until they are stiff and form peaks. Mix egg whites into the eggnog mixture.
Chill and serve sprinkled with nutmeg
Refrigerate unused amounts

Why, yes, I actually DO have some moonshine. It came from the mountains of North Carolina in a baby food jar and I have had it for over 10 years.
Sounds “Mighty tasty”.

That ain’t Georgia moonshine...that’s nasty.
My nephew bought some of that crap...stuck it in the freezer...it partially froze.
Now if’n you need a hookup...;P Just be careful eating the cherries.
