When common sense prevails, you don’t make a mountain out of a molehill. - Take the marker from the kid, then tell the whole class not to use the things, show them why not, clean the stain with the bottle of cleaner you have handy, wish them all a Merry Christmas, send them off to their Christmas holiday, and then shut up.
. . or when common sense does NOT prevail, just call the COPS and ruin everybody’s Christmas, and wish them instead a Happy Winter’s Solstice.
