The dispute between Lindsay Lohan and ex-Betty Ford Center staffer Dawn Holland is getting uglier.
Keith Davidson, Holland's attorney, told TMZ.com Wednesday that the Southern California substance-abuse center pressured Holland not to file charges against Lohan for a Dec. 12 altercation. Holland said the "Mean Girls" star smelled of alcohol, refused a breath test and became verbally and physically abusive, leading to police opening a misdemeanor battery investigation.

The apropriate sentence is 1 year, 1 day DOC. But she needs 18 months rehab followed by 3 yrs probation if I were the judge. Just me opinion. It takes 6 months to get walking sense. She doesn’t want help. Hasn’t hit bottom. That’s her decision.
I volunteer to lend LiLo my .40, loaded with 1 hollowpoint.
In other news, now on TeenNick - That 70’s Show, with Laurie!
Have you seen the gut on Lilo?
No. Hmmm...moved on to heroin has she?
They want the celeb clients and big $$$ and don’t want workers there complaining about getting crap from those clients.
Problem: IF a crime did take place and the center interfered with the investigation, that’s an obstruction of justice criminal act. More news to follow....
Likely the worker will next be offered some $$ once the center realizes they pulled a boner here. And that could be yet another crime...
I saw “Mean Girls” not long ago on one of the few channels I get on Dish Network. It was kind of funny at times, really PC at times but the one thing which really stood out was the other three girls all made Lohan look really plain in comparison.
She will die of “flu symptoms” by the time she reaches 30. Sad that she was born for the sole purpose of being the financial support such a trashy set of parents.
If I am correctly informed, this whole saga began because this woman wants to drive vehicles while under the influence. Rather than trying to force her to quit poisoning herself, why not just revoke her license and not allow her to drive any vehicle at all?
It’s sad that this young girl is a used up has been at her age. She won’t live to old age the road she’s on. That said, the attendant, Ms. Holland, deserves to be fired for selling out to TMZ, but that doesn’t necessarily mean she lied about being struck by the “has been”. Holland should remain fired, then revoke Lindsey’s parole and imprisoning her (where she can’t jump over the wall and booze it up) could save her life.
Leave it up to her. I say, revoke her license until she can provide strong evidence that she isn't using drugs or alcohol anymore. If she continues to drive anyway, then I guess the best thing to do is to throw her into the snake pit for a year or so. Doesn't that sound better than trying to talk her out of poisoning herself? Doesn't that sound better than amputating her hands? ;-)
I didn’t know Lisa Robin Kelly was so old (40). She is really looking rough. Lindsey can take a look at her if she wants to see her future.
‘Cept Lisa still looked good into her 30s. Linds lost her looks already, and she ain’t even close to 30.
Good point Impy. I say no way in hell LiLo makes it to 40 though...
I agree with you. I was just thinking of a certain population here for which revoking their license is meaningless...they just keep driving. Nothing stops them and there is no jail time for driving repeatedly with out a license.
I have that on DVD. I think she looked quite nice at that time, about as nice as the other gals IMHO.
I guess most people would agree with you but I really didn’t think she was attractive at all. Of course I hate red hair, odd since it runs in my family.
I can still remember when our first daughter was born. The nurse came and brought me into the room with all the new babies. My reaction was “oh no! red hair”. Fortunately it eventually turned blonde then light brown tho every now and then I can still see a tiny bit of red.
