Pretty cool how the walls open up exposing the bladders which in turn fill allowing this to become amphib.
Wow, I may want one the next time I go to L.A, to drive the freeways.
Sooo where in Korea ya at?

It’s fine to post SK info, we appreciate learning from those who are there. Our own media does a pretty poor job.
The “ping” in post 3 was a way to alert another member (FReeper) to a subject that may be of interest to them
Welcome.

Hi, shutwho:
May I suggest that you include some bare-bones info in the headline of your posting, so that we laypersons will know what the *?”#! you’re talking about so that we can safely ignore it?
Only after seeing the image posted of that strange-looking camper did I understand that you are talking about some kind of recreational vehicle./humor
Honestly: The headline should be comprehensible even to the uninitiated.
Best,

Thanks for the post. I spent two years in your country back in the mid seventies. The impact of your culture still remains in my family. My mother who is of German decent, and now 86 years old, still makes kimchee every year. After leaving the service I married my ex wife, who was from NYC, of Korean/Filipino ancestry. I have three children by her. Welcome to FR and learn to just ignore some of our self righteous posters.

Shutwho, you're posts and info about South Korea are fine and welcome on here. As Slim explained in #7 (Thanks Slim) I was just sending an alert to another Free Republic member who is in South Korea and also posts information from there and the area. Those 'alerts to a thread of interest' are called "pings"...I think its named after the sound of a sonar scan in a submarine.
Welcome and we look forward to more of your info.
Stay safe.
