Thanks for the post. I spent two years in your country back in the mid seventies.The impact of your culture still remains in my family. My mother who is of German decent, and now 86 years old, still makes kimchee every year.After leaving the service I married my ex wife, who was from NYC, of Korean/Filipino ancestry.
