Ana: Thank you for choosing Vonage. I'm Ana, your chat sales agent. Before you start the signup process, what questions do you have?
You: Hello Ana.
You: I have to confess at the beginning here...
Ana: hi
You: I'm not interested in your service. I want to know about the annoying Vonage TV commercial. What in the whole wide world is "...the big fetnini?"
You: The Cuban? woman talks about "...the big turkey and the big fetnini..."
You: What in blazes is she talking about?
Ana: I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with that commercial.
You: Is there an email address I can use, to ask someone in Vonage marketing?
Ana: I'm sorry but you can only call 1-866-243-4357 and maybe they can help
You: Okay, thank you.
You: Have a good day. Merry Christmas. May you avoid the big fetnini (or fetnee) if it hurts.
Wow, I am so glad that you posted this bc it means that I’m not the only 1 who is insanely annoyed by that woman & her whole vibe, cape included. I don’t mean to be mean but something about it really really bothers me. Anyone else?
Good call on the Cuban {I think} but is that official?
Plus is it officially “pernil” ? Because it sounds to me like “panine” whatever that is.
& its suppose to pig shoulder? Anyone else know this culture & dialect?
I need explanations for this womans strange powers.
Btw this is a wonderfully funny forum
