To make a long story short.... as a child, my brother saw a demon outside our window (back then you had to have the tv by a window because of heat generated). He saw this demon "dancing" around our window. He has been plagued w/ nothing but horror.
Now, in these days, he has over come his demons; however, his first born son has seen this demon, a few months ago, outside his window. His first born son described to him ( at first reluctant that he would not be believed) the same thing my brother saw as a child. My brother was stunned.
We need help. I truly believe in satan and his demons to be as real as we are. What can we do? Who do we turn to?
Some may see this as nonsense, but we are living this in real life. Can anyone help us or at least lead us to someone who can help?
The demonic forces exist only in a sick mind and in the movies.
Yes, He has come. And died. And risen.
But the war is not finished. He’ll be back.
By the looks of things, though, that can’t be far off.

I was part of a house church led by a former Methodist MD and his wife who had Derek Prince come and teach a series of lessons at the church and trained everyone in deliverance ministry etc. etc. etc.
I have been more involved in such than I am now.
Still crawling out of my own long dark night of the soul and it’s not currently suitable for me to be involved in such deliverance sessions unless specifically directed of The Lord to do so.
I’ve never gone looking for such things, per se.
The Lord has always dropped things in my lap needing such a focus and attention.
I agree with you. It is clear that we do not live in the same situation as the apostles. I think one reason they were given the power to perform miracles was to spread Christianity at a time when there were so few Christians.
I also suspect he and his Son saw some reflection or other apparition and mistook it for a demon.
I would never say there are no demons and no miracles still happening tho. I would not dismiss what they saw out of hand even if I think they are likely mistaken.

First, and most importantly, you must not enter into spiritual warfare with a demonic presence by yourselves. Doing so could make matters worse and empower the demon.
Calling in a priest or pastor who has no experience in such matters could also make things worse. So having an ordinary priest or pastor simply bless the house will not solve the problem. It may temporarily put a halt to whatever is happening but it won’t end it.
Contact a priest or pastor who has experience in these matters. He will explain what needs to be done. Together with him, your family must claim authority over the house, your lives, whatever it is that is being affected.
Finally, your family must be spiritually prepared to take action. Don’t take action until you are spiritually confident in your ability to do so.
Understood. I ask these questions because I want to know what would motivate a person to actually go out, find and deal with.....disturbances such as NGZ has described.
IMO, anyone who sits around saying pish posh like they have everything all figured out is either a liar or just a damned fool.

We been through hell and we don’t want to go back. Apparently, they want us to but we’re fighting back.....as are they.

I have to disagree with you in one respect. There are those who are trained in demonic oppression. I have done some paranormal investigations also in the past. Seen some things I would never believe otherwise including a demonic infestation.
People of all beliefs have been plagued including christian people. Otherwise your advice is spot on.

First of all, you see a demon because you know about demons. However, what you saw may not be a demon. It may be something you have never heard of. There are vastly more things than are mentioned in the Bible. But this doesn’t mean that whatever it is, is okay.
Since you saw it “dancing”, what was it about that “dancing” that seemed threatening or demonic? Often some vital clues to things can be found in what you felt, or had an impression of, at the time. (Importantly, things that don’t apply are just as important as things that do.)
For example, if there seemed to be some energy about it, was it more like heat, or more like electricity?
Was there a light, a sound, or a smell?
Did your eyes see it first, or did your body sense it first?
Did your body have a reaction to it on its own? Examples cover the gamut, from fear, to nausea or diarrhea, to fatigue or other things.
Was there an impression that it was a push, or a pull?
Did you feel compelled to stare at it?
Anything else come to mind?
