I saw this anti-smoking commercial where the surgeons were performing open-heart surgery.It was incredible to see the heart beating.Definitely a reminder of our mortality.

About three months later, some friends noticed I wasn't lighting up and instead of jeers, I got cheers for quietly chucking tobacco.

The same happened to me. My coworkers noticed my cig pack missing from my desk and asked what happened - if I had quit or run out. I told the I had quit several months before they even noticed.
