An illegal immigrant who is taking the steps to correct the situation is not a big problem for me. It’s the illegal immigrants who insist that they don’t need to become a legal immigrant who are the problems.
Even bigger problems are those politicians who insist that illegals don’t need to become legal.

I was an illegal immigrant in the United States, Hayek said during the interview. It was for a small period of time, but I still did it.So-o-o-o....did you go through the process of becoming a legal American citizen or are you still a Mexican citizen?

What a pathetic article, the interviewer/reporter did not deem a follow-up question of "what path did she take to change her status from illegal to legal" worthy of a mention?

1. Revoke citizenship.
2. Deport to Mexico.
3. Finish the WALL!

Why would Spain give a rat’s a** about protection for illegal immigrants from Mexico coming into America?

I had to endure the worst time of all in terms of racial discrimination in Hollywood when I first started out, Hayek said in the interview. It was inconceivable to American directors and producers that a Mexican woman could have a lead role

You weren’t here illegally.
As a major star in Mexico and having education in Louisiana, you would know the laws regarding International Travel.
Further, you had the means to travel as a major Mexican Actress, you earned a considerable sum of money. You likely traveled to other countries who also have similar laws for Visa and Passport requirements.
And Puhlease, you studied with several friends of mine at Stella Adlers and let’s face it, you got into her class because of your resume.
She didn’t just accept anyone and you likely had letters of recommendation just like my friends, who you also know.
The only thing illegal about you is your looks and they outa pass a law against such beauty as it can blind you.
BTW, you rode down the same elevator as I at the Rhiga Royal a few years ago and had kind of an attitude and the next year at a party, in Beverly Hills, at the Four Seasons you couldn’t have been more friendly.
