One of my first concerts ever was for Alice In Chains when Layne Staley was still alive. He was singing Angry Chair and puked all over the stage because he was drinking booze inbetween sets.
Saw them in Sept. Excellent show. LOUD. I missed most of their stuff when they first started(Just married, little kids).. I’m catching up now

Well, yeah!
I’m black, late 50’s (almost wrote mid fifties, but time passes), and female. I complete skew the demographics for most of the music that I like, but I’m never going to stop loving rock.
For me, Smashing Pumpkins is it, but I love the early stuff as well - Stones, Mamas & Papas, Simon & Garfunkel, Lou Reed, Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, Alice in Chains, the Verve/Richard Ashcroft, Radiohead, and well, shoot, I just like music!
I don’t hear much new stuff unless it is used in a movie or I run across it on the interwebs somehow. I like some of it, but keep the classic rock station on in the car so that I know I won’t hear garbage.
How can you be posting when your account has been banned or suspended?! hehe
