I have a call in to my insurance company now. I will probably have to call again....I wonder if they ever answer the calls left on a recording. (he just called and is on his way to my house.)

I’t pretty - and I’m thankful I have a roof over my head and a good furnace. There are quite a few homeless people here, I have heard, and I don’t know how they will fare, when it drops to 20 degrees tonight.

If they can survive in NYC, Chicago, Detroit, Washington, DC, etc., they will survive Phoenix!
My heart goes out to those without shelter and heat, ESPECIALLY children!
Several years ago, I heard that the Forest Service Dept. made a thousand homeless in tents, evacuate the land near Oak Creek. (We are over 100 miles north of Phoenix.) There are no shelters here, that I know of.

Thanks Meg! We are staying snug and d’Ogee is real good about going out in this weather! As long as she gets a treat when she comes back in, she’s fine! You are digging into paperwork and we are digging out of snow!! How odd is that?? We don’t have snow plow services here, as the snow ususally melts away, but it’s supposed to be very cold! I’ll have cabin fever if it doesn’t melt till spring! LOL!
