Oh so sweet!! Love it.....
;o)
Pray you are resting well right now and for strength and healing for you, Conor.
MrJust and I grabbed something to eat while in Fresno.
Do I dare tell you what Marissa had? LOL
She had sliced apples for an afterschool snack. Then had ChefBoyArdee Raviolis and sliced peaches for dinner with a dinner roll. I had nothing thawed and she loves those Raviolis so I keep a couple of cans in the pantry for whenever.
I will probably go to bed as soon as Marissa has her shower and has given me my Goodnight Hug. Another 45 minutes or so.
I’m remiss!
I failed to thank you for Sunday’s Thread. It was lovely and as usual, you were the perfect hostess.
Your Opening Graphic and Scripture were wonderful. I loved your Christmas Tree replies. You make Sunday’s extra special at Amy’s Place.
Thank you!! You are appreciated.
I love the Sunday group..It’s my pleasure, Amy
Thank you, Polly! I love every inch of that graphic!

If Marissa likes it - Then it is OK!
BUT .. she really loves Grampa’s spaghetti and lasagna.

Drives me nutty!

Good for you, keep up the good work.
Good for you.
Thank you, Teenie.
The one test had to be mailed; they should get the results back by Thursday or Friday.
Nothing I hate more than sitting in a doctor’s office.
Since we no longer have Friday Night Support the Troops Rallies, it is a way to let them know they are appreciated for the sacrifices they make.
ATTA GIRL, Amy!!!
We've got 4 nephews, nieces and cousins, active duty Army - one nephew currently in Afghanistan.
As you can imagine, our prayers and support reach out to these 4 plus all their comrades scattered throughout the globe.
Sitting here waiting on my pain meds to kick in so I can have a comfortable sleep while I browse through FR threads. (I did some stupid stuff and pain is now my companion).
See and read y'all tomorrow.

A story is told about a family that went on a picnic by a lake. At one point, their 5-year-old son waded into the lake, stepped into deep water, and sank out of sight. None of the adults in the family knew how to swim, so they ran up and down the shore in panic while the child bobbed up and down and screamed for help. Just then, a man happened by who sized up the situation, leaped into the lake, and rescued the boy. He climbed out on the bank with the child, who was frightened but unharmed, only to hear the mother ask with irritation, Wheres Johnnys cap?
So often we focus on small disappointments that cause us to grumble and complain rather than focusing on the wonderful things God has brought into our lives, not the least of which is His everlasting love and eternal salvation. When we complain about the small dissatisfactions of life, were asking, in effect, Wheres Johnnys cap?
Paul wrote, In everything give thanks (1 Thess. 5:18). We may not be thankful for everything that comes our way, but we can give thanks in everything. It may be difficult to be grateful when we lose our job or our health fails, but we can be thankful for the good that God has brought to us in this life and grateful for the life to come.
Read: Psalm 42
I finally got it on a T-shirt yesterday. Had to use photo shop to darken it up a little. I put it on a light pink T. Looks good. And hard work needs recognition. :)
Where the Timbers Crossed would have fit as well.
