This is a video of a father who goes after an internet cafe owner who did not listen to him when he told the guy to ban his son from his business. The father was complaining that his son was spending too much time there on the internet. The man's son is pushed out of the store in the beginning of the video. Then the security camera videos the father coming back in and really kicking the owners butt. The father does a real number on the guy.
Somewhere in the altercation the owner drops a gun that the father eventually picks up. Lucky for the owner of the cafe the gun was just an air-gun, because the father turns it on him and fires it. You could say the father is lucky too, or he would probably be guilty of murder instead of assault. Watching the video makes you wonder why no one is coming to the owners defense. Some of the patrons leave but many of them just keep on surfing during the beating. Eventually they all leave, but no one came to his defense. If the gun was not an air-gun he would even be dead.

That guy should definitely go to jail for assault at the very least. From the beginning when he kicks his son, a case could be made for child abuse too. Really, if the owner actually had a gun he would have been justified in shooting the hoodie guy.
It’s appalling that no one jumped in and tried to stop him. My God.
This is why we have jails. And that guy definitely belongs in one, for a long time. You don’t like your kid coming in my joint? You keep him out. Not my yob, mahn.
Looks like Dad is going to go to jail for awhile.
It looks like he shoots the guy in the end of the video or at least shoots at him.
Poor son is probably escaping that bastard father by losing himself for a little while in the internet. Can you imagine what he does to the boy at home?
I guess I didn’t read the rest of the article. It is an air gun that the perp shot.
Our legal system has created this scenario. It has made it illegal to defend yourself and others. Allows law suits even against those whose intentions were to help. Has destroyed and emasculated men of character.
We no longer have common sense in our laws (cultural Marxism eliminated it and put political correctness into law). We no longer have justice in our courts. We no longer have timely legal system. Our jury and their families are no longer free from bribes or safe from bodily harm. Judges no longer are just but are cultural Marxists who want to reshape our legal system and create laws to make every one, especially honest people, criminals.
Total setup...the guy even goes to retrieve his glasses.
He was by far the biggest guy in the room. They all looked the size of the guy he was easily beating up.
They looked like very young teens to me.
I watched that youtube... The perp picks up what looks like a magazine off of the floor, places it in the gun, and chambers a round. When he discharges a round there is a defined flash from it... air gun?

What a beast. He had no call to beat that little metero down like that.
and no one helped him...sad
he should be charged and get at least 30 days
