Jeff Bingaman (D-NM) is hoping to put a land grab into an omnibus bill that would have the effect of creating new National Parks. The land grab ultimately would be a way of instituing cap-n-trade by cutting off our ability to use any of our resources.
2) S510 is a grab for governmental control of food production.
