1970 Pontiac GTO
I bought a '01 Ford Bullitt Mustang GT new... I'll never give her up. One down-side: I have to buy a lot of floss to help clear the rice out of her grill :-)
I always preferred the Bonneville 2+2..same great performance, and it had an awesomely big rear seat..(g)
I have loved every car I have ever owned with one exception.
1. 1966 Chevy Caprice 396 V8 (I still have it)
2. 1975 Cadillac Coupe De Ville 500 ci V8 (I Loved that car. White with red leather interior
my Pimp Mobile)
3. 1979 Porsche 911 (Had a 450hp turbo in it. Only 4 gears. That thing would give you whiplash)
4. 1967 Corvette Stingray (Should have never sold this car but needed the money)
5. 1975 Ford F350 Super Cab pickup truck with a 460 V8. That was one tough truck
6. 1984 Ford Taurus (Bought it the day after Christmas when they first went on sale. Mistake)
7. 1996 Honda Del Sol vetch. That was a fun little 2 seater! Only had it for 11 months until some drunk plowed in to me
8. 1998 Ford Econoline Van Conversion with Triton V8 (Bullet Proof!)
9. 1994 Isuzu Amigo. Great little 4x4. Got hit in that one too.
10. 2003 Honda Accord. Great sedan
11. 2006 Honda Civic SI driving this one now. Great car. Fast too.
Fit and finish on that car was horrible out of factory. The things people will fall in love with.
I can still hear the windows inside the doors rattling as the doors are closed, still see the dashboard shaking when driving over bumps...and that rubber nose that was engineered with no hope of matching up to the sheet metal.
My favorite is the one I still have. 2001 Chevy Suburban, 3/4 ton, 4x4, snow plow package, Eaton locking differential, LT265/75/16 LRE, etc. etc... I factory ordered it with every little thing I liked and nothing I didn’t like. :)
I plan to keep it for towing until it blows up. It’s also the last Government Motors vehicle I will ever buy.
