The NOTAM does not prove it’s a US missile, it only proves that the US knew a missile was going to be launched.
Obama coordinates with a foreign power to launch a missile near US soil while he is out of the country, to create a crisis.

The NOTAM was issued the DAY AFTER the launch.
What happened was a Russian launch to taunt Obama while he was off playing King of the World.
They did it once before last year when Obama was in Oslo picking up the Nobel Peace Prize.

But if it was not a US lauch, you would now be seeing some movement of USN Stategic assets. The thing went inland.
