He was smoking pot with his czars, chillin’ out before the bad news today.

But I’ll bet GHW Bush and GW Bush both congratulated them last night after the game.

Thought he’d want to rub it in after Bush’s team lost and SF won. Maybe even Obama is running away from Pelosi.

Baseball is as American as apple pie. Obama doesn’t relate.

Sorry, Giants, after 10 PM it’s time for Obama’s Thorazine dosing. Otherwise he can’t sleep.

Slaughter says team personnel gave the White House the private line into manager Bruce Bochy's office, as well as other numbers for Obama to get in touch - but so far, nothing. When the phone didn't ring, they knew it was him.

To tell the truth I always hated it when presidents did this but it is strange.

These ceremonial obligations are a waste of time. Obama did something right for once.

Amateur hour continues at the White House.
He could care less about baseball so the thought doesn’t even enter his head to call.

Just another day for Obama to ignore the people. The most useless POTUS ever "manipulated" into office ever.
It probably interfered with his Muslim prayer period.

If it’s not all about him and golf it’s not on his radar. He has no intuitive sense of the gracious gesture.

There are few things more American than baseball. Hence, Obama (who is VERY obviously as unfamiliar with the sport as with everything else American) doesn't really care.

I side with Obama on this one. Ceremonial trivialities take up way too much of a television-age presidency.
Congratulating ballteams and buying the first Girl Scout cookies are cheap PR by a president for himself. Not the ballclub or charity. The fewer the better.
