What a moment!
George Bush 41 and George Bush 43 entered the stadium together tonight to throw out the first ball at the World Series.
THE CROWD ROARED. Then GW threw a strike to homeplate catcher Nolan Ryan to start off game 4.
What a wonderful moment.

Ryan is a few months younger than the younger Bush. Kinda hard to believe, looking at them.
I agree. I didn't like Bush's politics. I think he nearly ruined the Republican Party. But he does have class. And thank goodness for the Tea Party which is attempting to repair the damage that Bush did to the GOP.
At least George Bush has enough class not to comment on current politics, unlike Bill Clinton and that disgusting opportunist Jimmy Carter.
LOL!...and all strikes.
I voted for W twice, and supported him until I couldn’t anymore. I just wish he’d been more conservative.
plenty of liberal scum spewing hate on the youtube comment section. I hope they are twisted into crazy knots over it.... too late
Pops not getting around too easy these days. GWB was definitely relaxed. Very sure of himself. Here ya go. Strike. Nice bit of Americana. I like the stadium organ after the pitch. Also liked GW driving the cart.
I think I got a little Chrissy Mathews tingle! Go W!
I know. I am 56, and I look a LOT younger than either of them. Do you know how old they are? I haven’t a clue.
Based on the reception that GW Bush and his dad received at the Ranger ballpark this evening in Arlington, Texas, I would have to say Democrat Bill White and his Democrat Party are going to spanked real bad come Tuesday evening in the “Red” state of Texas!!! Folks, compare the “Bush” reception to the weak reception and attendance at the Obama rally in Cleveland this afternoon. Obama and his anti-American Democrat vermin are going down this Tuesday evening all across this great land. America will be saved for future Americans.
Laura Ingraham was talking about what people would be doing on election night. She talked a bit about the election of 2000 and how that was a night most adults would remember because of the results or nonresults out of Florida.
I had voted for Gore in that election and was sick with dread that the evil Bush had won, or might win. I believed that the election was stolen.
Then 911 and all that changed. Bush impressed me as no president ever had.
I grew to love him and his family though there were many things I didn’t like about his presidency.
I am a conservative now having seen the light and watching that reminded me of how much I miss that man.
Thanks for posting this :)
W is 64 (as of July), and Nolan is 63 (until January).
how I miss having a man for a president...
You could see in his body language how embarrassed he was, but it was one of the most human things I had ever seen. I wish I could find the YouTube of that.
THAT’S what I am going to look like in 8 years? Nah :>)
You’re welcome.
I was at the Bush library in College Station last week and they said 41 had slowed down a lot. He was in a meeting and was using a cane and someone walked by with their hands near his arms to help him along. It was great to see him and W. out tonight, and throw a great pitch, compared to the girly man pitches of “That One”
