Deputies are working to determine if any of the home's residents had a valid medical marijuana card, Even with such a card I doubt the distillery would be legal.

I guess its time for me to get a medical marijuana card. I’ve got a drivers license and social security card, but so far my government hasn’t given me a medical marijuana card. Where do you get one? I would like to run a THC lab in my kitchen to save all those folks suffering from marijuana.
