He’s been doing nothing but pandering to “The Base”, which is code for “African-Americans”, because they’re the only ones left that are paying any attention to him any nore. Haven’t you noticed that all of Obama’s rhetoric is designed to appeal to African-Americans and that all of his venues have been selected because of the number of African-Americans that need to be appealed to there?
