If one can time travel, they walk among us. The question is where have they parked their time machine?

Someone from the 1930’s looking at a picture of a person talking on a cell phone would have a laugh too - “It’s a FAKE, how can a person talk without PHONE LINES?” Fast forward a few years and ‘phone lines’ aren’t necessary. Fast forward some more and phone towers aren’t necessary either...

I can go no further forward than 2034.
Good news, though.. we win.
It’s ugly and takes a while.. but we win.
Hey, you asked.

Have noticed the title at ATS but not bothered to click on it.

There’s inertia to time - it won’t matter. The world that exists a millisecond after ours doesn’t have it - and the rest of them won’t either. ( OR the next 6,000, but it’s the same idea) Next...

That’s Al from Quantum Leap.
Actually Al wouldn’t show up on film because he was really in an imaging chamber and the images were transmitted directly into Sam’s brain. Sam was the only one who could see Al aside from an occasional child.

It’s obviously one of Dr. Who’s former companions chatting him up on the Tardisphone.
To: fishtank
Obviously this is a case of time traveling.
No other explanation makes sense when time traveling will suffice.

Only within my own time matrix. That is to say, not prior to my birth or after my death. So you know when your death is?
I don't think I would like that.

There are other instances of this sort of anomaly in both fact and fiction.
Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.
