Lol, I love talking to you because you have the best sense of humour!

Here's my youngest Lab, Kate (SHR Green Timber Katy Bar the Door) getting one of her water marks for a Started pass (and her SHR title) in late September. A splendid time was had by all except the mallard ducks.
Katy water mark
Here was her second retrieve:
Katy 2nd water mark
She had to be corrected on the second retrieve because the bird boy started reloading the winger (a big no-no while the dog is in transit), and she was like, "Oh, look! Another duck! Shall I go get that one too?" But at least she sat patiently with the duck in her mouth until I took it!

Maybe his breeder had a kitten for him to protect.
Sometimes it seems like bigger they are, the sweeter they are.

Odin's breeder?
Nope.
No kittens.
Just a couple other Dobes and an old Rott bitch.
Besides, he left that place when he was only 5 1/2 weeks old and barely even cognizant.
He doesn't even remember it *or* them.
Our "pack" are literally all he's ever consciously known.

Don't mind a bit.
I hope to get some film of my middle dog, Ruby, handling to a cold blind. That is a pretty amazing sight, when she does it right (she's my ADHD poster child and occasionally forgets her brain when she goes to the line).
