The rapper, who gave the world the hit single "Ice Ice Baby" in the early '90s, is showcasing his little-known talent for flipping homes in his new DIY Network show "The Vanilla Ice Project." Robert Van Winkle, a.k.a Vanilla Ice, chats about remodeling houses for 15 years and his new album.

Good for him, word to his mother......
I always think of Jim Carrey’s hilarious spoof of V.I. on “In Living Color”.
allright stop,
collaborate and listen,
I flip houses, making million
Ya...he has a great rep for telling the truth
Hey, do Queen and David Bowie get a cut of every house he flips?
Courtney Cox and David Arquette did the same during the boom. They’d buy prime properties in need of renovation, Courtney would oversee the designer upgrade, and capitalizing on her celebrity status they would ask for and get ungodly prices.
Nice work if you can get it.
Thinking about now it I wonder how many of those buyers have defaulted.
It is good to see someone who was in the business for a little while with a hit and then not making it anymore music wise doing something new and creative and making money at it. Hope his new album works out for him also.
So, Vanilla Ice is a Real-Estate speculator? Who’d thunk it?
He should have kept quiet about his recent success - Suge Knight will probably be along to hang him by his ankles from some hotel balcony until he signs everything away. Again.
And who gives a s-—?
Gee, I’ve logged on to Teen Beat!
With all his domestic battery charges, he apparently renovates houses with his wife’s head.
Robbie Van Winkle is so full of crap the buzzards wouldn’t eat his carcass. He’ll get drilled in court for fraud and file bankruptcy.
That being said, the funniest skit ever on SNL was Kevin Bacon playing Vanilla Ice on an episode of “The Dark Side with Nat X”. Word to your mother.
Everyone’s a “genius” in arising market.
