And that’s why groups with real talent like the Bee Gees, Michael Jackson, AC/DC, the Eagles, and Pink Floyd have clobbered them in overall record sales over the past 40 years.
The Bee Gees along with Tommy James and the Shondells are my all time favorite groups.
I’ve been having bad cravings for all things 70’s lately. I’m even getting my middle boy go up to the DJ at the skating rink and request Stayin’ Alive by the Bee Gees because I’m too embarrassed to do it myself. 2 different Sundays going there, they wouldn’t play it. Finally we got a DJ that would the third time I was so happy. Reminded me of the skating parties we used to have there. 90% of the stuff they play there is rap. It really sucks. You would think that’s the only “music” being produced now.
