A Montana woman faces criminal charges after she used a crowbar to destroy a blasphemous exhibit at a gallery in Colorado.
Kathleen Folden was arrested after she smashed an exhibit that depicted Jesus in a lewd act. The exhibit, by artist Enrique Chagoya of Stanford University, had caused outrage among Christians.
Does she have a defense fund?

The museum gets city funds so it should not have had any religous paintings to begin with. She was just enforcing Supreme Court rulings and doing the work of the ACLU.

I don’t approve of her destruction of the work, she should have litigated for 2 years instead to have the government decree that it be dismantled as have been crosses and 10 commandment sculptures that were SIMILARLY taxpayer subsidized.

I think we agree on most things. This is private property. This would be a hell of a country is we acted in a violent fashion against objects that offend us. I don’t like cars with 27” rims. Should I go around cutting everyones tires? She acted childish and probably paid to go see the “art”.
