Government Agents Seize Oath Keeper's New Born From Hospital New Hampshire, Wed. Oct. 6th, 2010
Last Night John Irish & Stephanie Janvrin had their new born baby girl taken away by government officials because of their involvement with Oath Keepers, a non violent constitutional organization. According to Irish, The Director of Security and the Head Nurse of the Hospital said "we want the pediatrician to check the baby in the nursery so that you can go home." The baby was wheeled out in the bassinet under the protest of Irish. Irish followed them out and took note of 3-4 men wearing suits with detective badges as well as 3 police officers.
The Division of Family Child Services proceeded to pat down John and inform the parents they would be taking the daughter. "They Stole our Child" says John Irish. An Affidavit was produced that claimed an affiliation with a militia called Oath Keepers. Irish claims Oath Keepers is a non violent organization. John and Stephanie were able to spend a few minutes with their daughter and were forced to leave. A security officer escorted the two out of the hospital.

Yeah this dude (on the vid) appears to be a slick dick (imo). And coincidentally there is a George Hemminger that is a radio talk show host on RonPaulradio.com and he’s in Real Estate according to linked. May be just a coninkidink though.
Twitter account etc. The reporter is the one I’m suspicious of. I hope and pray it is all a hoax.

Looking way back, he made up a bunch of crap, he had one way back in April where he exposed a ‘swine flu’ conspiracy as something from the government.. then there was this flying donkey joke.

That’s what I’m thinking and he’s trying anything to ‘break into the bigtime’. If true and for this particular situation, I hope charges are brought against him.

It is good to bring something like this to people’s attention, and you made clear you were merely relaying an emerging narrative that could be important.
The internet really does play a role equivalent to the Committees of Correspondence. Then as now, we just have to be critical thinkers about reports as they emerge.
Apparently he’s been pulling shady stuff for awhile; those posts are fairly old. I’m going to keep looking but for now I think this story is pure BS.
As the others are saying, this looks like a hoax. The sad thing is, there really are parents who are losing their children to the state for all the wrong reasons. DCFS (aka Child Protective Services in many states) appears to target black, poor, and/or single moms for child removal, often based on constitutionally inadequate grounds, apparently to keep the shelves stocked with adoption-ready children, a highly profitable venture. This despite the fact that said children are significantly more likely to suffer abuse *in* the system that *out* of it. If the incident you cite is a scam, it is doubly painful for those who have suffered the loss of their children for far more banal reasons than belonging to a worthy organization like Oath Keepers.

Most states have militias defined in their State Constitution, and if you're a male of 18 to 45 there's a good chance you're already a member thereof. My own State's Constitution [New Mexico] defines the militia thusly:
