Police in San Diego County arrested a man they say climbed out of his moving car, which crashed and injured a woman riding on top.
Neil Tillman, 29, was trying the stunt called "ghost riding," in which a driver exits and then re-enters a moving car, according to Carslbad police. Investigators contend that Tillman got out of his rented car on the 300 block of Juniper Avenue at about 4 a.m. Monday while his wife, Melodie Tillman, and a friend were on top. Neil then "attempted to videotape the stunt," Carlsbad police Lt. Paul Mendez told the North County Times.
The driverless vehicle hit a parked car and the friend fell off and struck her head, investigators said. She was hospitalized but her condition wasn't immediately released.
Neil was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence, and his wife was arrested for investigation of public intoxication.

*Sir, would like the rental insurance?
~Yes I would. You got a Fiesta back there that's going to see more air time than a skate board at the X Games...Jeff Foxworthy
I think they are picking this up from the Muzzies in Saudi Arabia. Take a look at what their ghost riding is like.

At least he wasnt stupid enough to do it with his own car.
This clown was 29!!?? It is bad enough when teenagers do this kind of stuff. We have way too many adolescents in this country who are way over the age of 21. Arrested development, for sure.

No alcohol involved here, NO!
