If it works, no surgery will be required. I hope it at least gives me a couple of months relief. The Dr injected a much larger dose this time than before.

Thinking of you today, Yorkie. I’m praying that the extraction will go well and you won’t remember any of it.

Talk to you whenever you feel like checking in.

Hugs.

Thank You, for the beautiful devotional today. How true it is ... we prepare and carry things around with us and near us, and when we need them we can forget what we have, where it is, how to use it, and when to dig it out. Thank God, there may be another one close to us to help us protect ourselves.

____________________________________________________________

Powerful Scriptures ...

Ephesians 6:10-18 (King James Version)
...
“ 10.Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11.Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12.For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13.Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14.Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15.And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16.Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17.And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18.Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.”
...
__________________________________________________________

FATHER GOD, WRITE THESE WORDS ON OUR HEART AND MIND AND HELP US TO REMEMBER THEM AND STAND BY THEM DAY TO DAY.
Your Word is truth, it is unchangeable, unbreakable, and everlasting, let us rejoice and praise Your Holy name, the One True God, in Jesus name amen.

If it doesn't work, he's talking knee replacement. Three to four days in hospital, probably two weeks missed from work.

Thanks Meg! And I loved your very comforting Autumn picture! And I wasn’t sure what your 3 kitties were named except Rahkie and one other, which I forget at the moment. Barry had picked out about 5 names and when Billie told me how she loved Sassy for a female cat, I threw it out to Barry and he asked ‘where did you come up with that?’ He loved it immediately as his cat is very talkative in cat language!! He told me immediately to tell my friend Billie that Sassy it would be!!! It is a sweet little thing and he truly is happy she is there!

Crab cakes for me too this morning, Johnn! Love’em! I stopped at the fresh seafood store yesterday for oysters and will have fried oysters tonight for dinner. The price had gone up 3 bucks since the ‘oil spill’. But occasionally I must have them sorta fried like my mama fried them! Yum!

What a lovely view....hope I can sit by the window today!

Have you ever stopped and thought how many millions of birds God feeds everyday? It is incomprehensible to me. We take everyday occurrences as business as usual, and they are amazing miracles. Miraculous! And that is just the birds!

The Creator of all that is has systems in place that provides for and protects the life on this planet. Man influences and has some impact in areas, and causes problems to these systems.

God has given the earth and the dominion over the earth to man. We are selfish and ignorant caretakers some of the time.

We serve an awesome God!

I had a friend from high school who had knee replacement about 12 years ago and she has been fine ever since. She had tried everything offered to her before going for knee replacement. And she had suffered immensely before the knee replacement. Good luck in your decision making!

The Holy Bible was written in Hebrew, Arabic: Greek coming during the time of Jesus.

The Hebrew scholars say that the Hebrew language was/is conceptual, therefore several words have more than one meaning. Salvation redemption, deliverance, all being translated from the same Hebrew word. Thus there is a bit of truth regarding the translations. Some Hebrew words did not have the exact word in Greek as mentioned above. The remedy for this is either learn Hebrew or read several translations. We all have noticed the difference in translations. King James NIV, Holman, Amplified, English version, and paraphrased like the Living Bible,The Message, etc.

When going to Bible Gateway on line they offer 20 different translations in English and as many in other languages. Amazing. His Word is truth, yet we must look for accurate translations, American Standard Translation and the King James are both supposed to be word for word. Many others add emphasis of meaning differently. Changes occurred during the early Catholic Church which is what the Protestant movement was all about. Churches today come from a Greek mind set, not truly the original concepts of the men that wrote the Scriptures. The meaning of the parables in particular. Something to consider, and pray about.

Yeaaaaa .... Finally. :)

Good morning, LTOS. My computer is acting up again.
Wonder if it has anything to do with playing with too many graphics.

Been thinking about you and Mr LTOS. Praying that the interview went well.

Wishing you a beautiful Red Friday.
