When I first saw these pictures of my son's new kitty on the roof, I thought "Oh, no!"
Then I remembered at the back of the house there are stairs
to the roof and easy to get up and down. Since its in the
woods with so many leaves, I guess the people who built it knew
they would be on the roof cleaning leaves all the time and they made it easy!
Saturday, the weather was beautiful and Miss Kitty stayed
up there all day! The trees are beautiful up there but since
its in the woods and a lot of shade, the trees turn colors later,
although you can see some of the colors. It was certainly a 'blue sky' day!

I'm guessing you live in the East, somewhere?Well, no. California born and raised. Still here, but moved from my hometown to the foothills 20 years ago and haven't regretted it for a moment!
We gave up convenience for peace of mind :). (And, at the time, it was closer to hubbys job..he was commuting and bad weather made me crazy if he was 10 min. late getting home..lol.)

Thank you for writing. I know how heartsick you are, I have been through it and it devistates me for a long while. I’m glad you have other pets to comfort you pandora, I only have one pet at a time so there is a big emptiness.
Keep busy, I know it’s hard!
