You always knew that Greg was extra special!
;o)
Glad you enjoyed the day.............well deserved!
NY state scenery is VERY beautiful! Know that’s hard for some to understand if they haven’t seen it, but it is truly awesome!
Thanks.
The trees on the hillsides were a painter's delight. Wonderful colors.
Wonderful!
RIP, Tony Curtis.
Good morning everybody, posting and running this morning.
Congrats to you and Greg lysie. Best wishes for you both.
Did anybody see Michael Barone on Greta last night? He was talking about the impact of the census on states that either lost or won seats.
TEXAS is the big winner, expected to pick up 4 seats. OHIO is a big loser, losing two IIRC. Also NY and MI to lose seats. WI won’t lose a seat, although they did ten years ago. Very interestingly, CA did not pick up any seats for the first time since the 1800’s. I don’t recall what he said about FL, although he mentioned it.
I’m off to the park’s weekly coffee social and then to a bible group meeting to preview a study program we might want to participate in this year. Will check by later, have a great day folks!
He sounds so cute.
It’s nice to hear great things about someone you love.
Dad called this morning; step-mother was sent to the hospital from elder care. Something to do with her urine. (kidneys shutting down?) This week the nurses told Dad he needed to get hospice for her. The doctor when called, never called back! Prayers needed for a swift recovery or a swift journey to meet our Lord.
Sorry to hear this news.
Prayers for you all.
Thank you, it’s kind of been expected. Dad thinks she could live for 10 more years....it’s sad.
I am so sorry.
Isn’t NY #2 in dairy farming in the nation?
Prayers for all!
I am so sorry. This is hard on everybody and my prayers go with you.
GOOD A.M. KIND LADY, ALL from they sunny Mississippi Gulf Coast, USA, eyes feeling better after all that dude did one me yesterday, had a cold pack on them most of the night, so sensitive to any light but that is in the past, seeing better, feeling better, doing nothing today and will cut the yard tomorrow..
I get so upset whan whatching the news, never anything positive, doom and gloom all the time. We got so much to be thankful for these days, sure, politics not in the good but that will change at election time. Hope so anyhow...looks like the the tea party are changing things, for the better of course, don’t reckon they will make it a party and just how do you go about joing, I am with them in heart and soul but want to be a member.
I am off to do some ‘Shack in the Back’ cleaning and then getting into two religious books I am reading, what a wonderful way to spend time....

I have been only so so on Tony Curtis, did go to some of this pictures at the ‘picture show’. I have never been so gung ho on movies but got to tell you, when I was a little boy Tex Riter came to Greenville and he picked me to come on the stage with hi,. I couldn’t talk, froze up, could not move a finger.......while on ‘stars’, I did meet Van Johnson in Memphis, just went to his room and knoced on his door and one of his hands let me in, real nice fellow, sent me to get my sister who was about 14 and she almost died when she saw him....
Toby
So sorry HOB :(
And yet, he says Islam is a great religion. Which belief is it that still stones people and whacks off their heads?
Abraham did NOT kill Issac, who was a YOUNG MAN at the time and NOT A CHILD. Further, Abraham had every expectation that Issac was not going to die. This is borne out by the statement to Issac that "...we will return."
IMO, those around Caligula had better take out fire insurance and have a goodly supply of lightening rods because this is a superlative example of taking God's name in vain. How dare Caligula presume to use God in this manner, to win votes and fool the electorate! Caligula does so and I tremble for him.
