In the neighborhood of my youth (Mayfair/Frankford) this would NEVE have happened. The choices were either American or Provolone...and the answer was ALWAYS Provolone.

REALLY??? A muslim can’t wear gold during the holidays!!! WELL.....that WOULD explain it. He will wait a few days AFTER to put it back on.
There were several threads/posts about this a week or so ago when he did some speech or press conference and Rush noted the absence of the ring—someone posted that during Ramadan(?) muslim men don’t wear rings....
