Lindsay Lohan Fails Drug Test (shocking)

Lindsay Lohan has failed a drug test in her criminal case ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the court-mandated drug test in question occurred last week. According to the terms of Lindsay's probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive drug test.

Well, the first judge was right - apparently. 90-days jail, and 90-day rehab may have worked.

Robert Downey Jr. has pretty much said that is the only thing that literally saved him from death. I don't know if she's quite that far gone, but with a relapse this close to her third trip to rehab - maybe so.
