The mother of missing teenager Natalee Holloway sneaked into the Peruvian prison where suspect Joran van der Sloot is being held and confronted him about fate of her daughter, according to local news reports.
Beth Holloway-Twitty arrived at Castro Castro Prison with a Dutch journalist, Peter de Vries, who is investigating her daughter's disappearance for Dutch television, the Peruvian news program 24 HORAS reported.
Holloway-Twitty was reportedly able to speak to Van der Sloot for five minutes Wednesday before she was removed by the authorities because she did not have permission to talk to him.

** Ping!
Oy vey.
After all the pain, what does she expect from the liar and murderer of her daughter?
I know this eats at her....she needs our prayers to let it go.....if we believe in God, then we must know that Natalie is in a peaceful place.....
Good for her. Give him what for. She’ll live to see him executed in some other country.
Wow, I feel sorry for her, but she needs to get a grip. A stunt like this accomplishes nothing.
Just tragic .. to be paid for a Dutch
TV soap opera.
God forbid if something like that ever happened to my little girl, there wouldn’t be a cell isolated enough or prison secured enough to keep me from exacting vengeance. I’d definitely get medieval with him. May God bless her and give her some kind of comfort, but I can understand.
Oh. She sneaked in with Peter De Vries, a Dutch TV journalist. Sneaked into the most famous prison in Peru. Just sneaked right in, eh?
Yeah, right.
Try this scenario: The Peruvian prison authorities let them in, and then pretended to catch them for the purpose of plausible deniability of condoning the confrontation when Joran’s lawyers snivel about it in court.
God bless that poor, tortured family.
I hear ya ..
I pray she can turn the eternal hole in
her heart over to God.
Yep. There is no way Van Der Sloot will ever tell her.
Who says she hasn’t? I’m just saying I have a daughter and I would want to make this guy bleed - very slowly and I would have no interest in his explaination. it must be agonizing. I just pray she finds peace too.
Peru has no death penalty. They only execute people for treason during time of war. They dont even have such a thing as a “life sentence.” He’ll probably be out of jail in 30 years.
Much of Latin and South America has abolished the death penalty.
“...Natalie is in a peaceful place...”
OMG!
Don’t you realize that Joran was involved in kidnapping women and forcing them into prostitution? She may be in a living hell.
That’s what he was doing in Thailand. I doubt he started in that racket in Asia.
Long before Thailand, he was slipping young girls ‘mickies’ in their drinks on a Caribbean island and shipping them off via white slavers.
Gutsy gal. And the s.o.b. won’t give her any peace.
That is one of the theories.
???!!!
