When one of the homes in C Blythe Andrews townhomes was burglarized this summer, the neighborhood crime watch group swung into action.
Six women and a man began patrolling the property looking for suspicious activity. The activity was also looking for them.
At the edge of the property, crime watch volunteer Julie Shaw says a group of neighborhood "thugs" gathered. "They hate crime watch," said Shaw.
"They were like, you guys aren't going to do anything. 'F' Crime Watch."
As the taunting grew, the volunteers say some of the men began exposing themselves.
"They were showing us their private parts," said Alma Roberts.
Shaw had enough and called police. They charged Terrell Baker with indecent exposure and harassing a crime watch volunteer.

The women should point and laugh!!!!!!!!!!!
Alma snickered (as she pointed to his private parts) “That ain’t no crime, little man....now just move along!”
It’s too bad the police can’t come by and “explain” the situation to them.

What in the heck is wrong with the men in that neighborhood? Women should not be doing this sort of duty.
There probably are no men in the neighborhood. If the caseworker finds a man in the house, there go the benefits. The shitheads outside are the best they have, and they aint men.
I’m confused. Where did it say in the article that these are welfare recipients? In my neighborhood it’s mostly women who do the “watching”. NO welfare cases here, trust me.
Nowhere, specifically. I did not say so either. This is public housing. The amount of your subsidy, or the right to an apartment is a benefit, is it not?
MmmKay.
I just thought I was missing something.
