DE voters, conservatives and electoral tacticians: vote for Castle and take your shower.

Castle sucks, but a vote for O'Donnell is an implicit vote for a self-admitted marxist in the general. Christine O'Donnell is not Marco Rubio or Joe Miller. Who are these weak candidates winning in purple or blue states? We're sweating bullets with Angle in Nevada of all places against the biggest dirtbag in the Senate. If you thought conservative groups have been unfair to O'Donnell and she wins tuesday night, the DSCC is going to turn on her like the Eye of Mordor. I want them to have to worry about which seats to try and defend, while we eviscerate them in the voting booth.

Maybe you would rather go down with her than win with Castle - fine, but I say screw moral victories and secure as many R's in Senate seats as possible. Then, we kick their asses again in 2012, when even more of these socialist automatons are on the ballot.

People like you are one reason I can never see returning to America.
Between the RINOS and the MARXIST, America is screwed.

Please pick up line 1 - Arlen Spector is calling.

The only thing lower than a Rino is a Rino supporter.

GOP needs to get the message - Conservatives are not on board for Socialism light.

Utter nonsense. This is the spin that had Toomey too Conservative for PA the second time around. Especially after Obummers immaculation. Angle is fighting hard and keeping the race close when there should be no competition. Reid is heavily funded and the incumbent in a state he usually does well in. Even so-called Repubs endorsed him before the primary because he brings home so much pork. She will do fine once this race settles between two candidates. Lastly Coons is not the fixture Biden was down there. This is not like the last election cycle. Things are dramatically different. They have to fill empty seats at small Obummer rallies held at community collages now. Did you see that 2 years ago?

Sorry, no sale.
Castle and Kirk must lose. Those two cannot be rewarded for being liberal scumbags. Period.

Here’s the way I see it: if odonnell gets the nod and wins, great. If she loses the general, a dem is going into a gridlocked senate. His vote will not break a filibuster. And an odonnell win won’t break an Obama veto. So for at least two years, it doesn’t matter who wins (generally speaking). Then in four, we can either welcome another odonnell term or train the guns on the dem. Why not take a chance and get rid of a total squish, if for no other reason than voter created term limits?

I see that you’re so concerned about electability.

There are 5 similar races in other states.
Hawaii
Maryland
New York
New York
New Hampshire.

Why aren’t you worried about those races?
What is so special about Mike Castle, that his race
is the one you want to protect?
What is so special about the Constitutional Conservative Christine O’Donnell that you want to tear her down?

5 races in other states, no one seems to care about those races at all. Maybe NH a little bit, NY a bit less, and nothing about Maryland, the next state over from Delaware. Does anyone know anything about Maryland? And don’t tell me that Barbara M. can’t be beaten with a young, cool Republican. 18-29 could add on to a conservative. This is a rare year when Conservatives can win in blue states. If we want Conservatives in there, we better get them in there when we can. Christine is potentially someone that Delaware could love. As in, well, I don’t agree at all with her politically, but I love her. So, we could have a potential solid Conservative seat in blue Delaware. Of course, with the right candidate, we could win Delaware Presidential.

You make a good point.
It is easy to forget that this same Delaware senate seat is up for grabs again in just two years. An incumbent Castle would be more difficult to flush down the toilet. The time to flush him is now. Go, Christine!

Agreed Castle is not Scott Brown, but the 28% figure isnt his lifetime ACU rating. It’s his rating for a single year (2008)

Castle’s lifetime ACU rating is in the mid-50s. I can understand that some voters tomorrow will prefer him to a RAT whose ACU rating will invariably be in the single digits.

+1. And for that very reason I’m praying that Arizona Republicans will vote Dem in November. We will never get a conservative in McCain’s seat as long as he is an incumbent. I’d rather give the seat to a Dem this time, and have a better shot at taking it back in six years.

“and people who run away rather than fight.”

Fight? how?... Are you gonna go burn the White House?
Shoot the Marxist?
I have 100 times more influence from being on the internet, then I had in rural Tennessee, which is already conservative.
My vote from here is just as valid as yours.

You are one of the few on here that is just jealous because you can’t leave.
I am retired and earned my right to live as I see fit.
It does NOT make me any less American then you.

you mean the Toomey that hailed from the same state that elected Senator Santorum? this is delaware and not the state to go rino hunting. when was the last time they elected a senator of either of their pedigrees, let alone someone with her baggage.

i guess all of you are rooting for mark kirk to lose to the democrat too? too bad that primary was over before we got a chance to put a down the line conservative on the ballot to lose in a landslide.

a castle election gets us a 50% vote, which is 50% better than a guaranteed 0% vote if we get o’donnell when she loses to coons. You guys voting supporting her are about as logical as the democrats in FL still supporting Meek.

Not only that. But Christine is the more electable.
Polls are screwy now, Christine has mud on her and she’s been winning republican votes by calling him a liberal. Now, liberal’s tend to like the people who are called liberals.
We were never going to get liberal votes. So, if Christine has 70% unfavor with liberals, it doesn’t matter at all, really. And Castle could have 20% unfavor. That is the likely result of the poll. Most liberals won’t vote for Christine. And Castles vast popularity with liberals will skew the numbers. No doubt, it will be a polarizing high visibility election. But things should play out well.

2 Reasons why Christine is more electable
1) moderates who want to stop Democrats will vote R.
2) conservatives won’t show up big for Castle

line 2, obama is calling and has secured the votes for card check in a lame duck session. He wants to thank you for voting for senator coons, er, christine o’donnell.

Seriously, it’s almost like you guys forgot that every republican held the line against obamacare and it took nearly every blue dog they had to get it. All but 1 R held the line against porkulus. Who here would have rather had a D seated than castle when those came up for vote?

Why should conservatives and patriots vote for a RINO when they can vote for a real Democrat, instead? Same difference, except with Castle, our side actually CHOOSES to send a traitor to the American cause to Washington.

I'm afraid you're still thinking with the old rules. It's a new day. A patriotic rebellion is underway, and RINOs are in its crosshairs.
