Where art thou? Wallowing in your sorrows?
Hate to do it but the officals got the call right. Calvin Johnson has to possess the ball all the way to the ground, unless contacted while on the way to the ground. Since he wasn’t contacted, even when Calvin’s left hand hit the turf with the ball still in his right hand, he wasn’t down.
It sucks cause it was a great catch. It sucks more because the Lions actually outplayed Da Bears, except for Matt Forte. At least the Lions aren’t anywhere as bad as a real bad team, the Browns!!
The Cowboys by far are the worst-coached team in the NFL.
I heard that.
Just got home after watching the massive buttkicking the Seahawks unleashed on the 49ers live at Qwest field.
I’ll be smiling for days.
Dallas fans have no one else to blame but their ownership. As long as Jerry Jones demands to be co-GM and override any coach on draft picks and the roster, no real coach is going to want to deal with that garbage.
Well at least now Pete Carroll is coaching where it’s legal to pay their players.
Who was the numbnut that thought trading for Barron was a good idea?
He better have been given his walking papers already.
Keep twisting that knife in me. Being a Bengals fan renders me a glutton for punishment.
Actually, last year’s loss wasn’t as painful because they didn’t get manhandled like they did today. They would have won if not for that incredibly lucky fluke play. Today, they just got their butts kicked in all areas.
To be fair, Jerry Jones won 3 Super Bowl back in the ‘90s.
Off to a good start - I hope they keep it up!
LOL, Wikipedia has an article about Mike Shanahan saying he was born in 1995!

I can see my Boys... shot themselves in the foot big time!
We got our a$$... handed to us!
Turn out the lights, my makeup is off... and the party is over for tonight!
LeBone is a bonehead.
I gotta say...wow...way to go Texians...the winningest team in Texas so far this season.
And we go head-to-head on the 26th.
GO HOUSTON!
Well it could be worse...at least your team didn’t lose to Tampa.
Indy has been torched on the ground like this before but normally they (and by they of course I mean Peyton) have been able to overcome it. The main reason is (the Miami game last year being a prime example) the teams that controlled the ball failed to put points up on the board. Time of possession doesn't do you much good if you're only kicking field goals while Manning is throwing TD passes.
Yes, our offense looked great last night. Our defense has been mediocre in the recent past, so I was happy to see them be able to stop the Colts enough to outscore them.
