At the end of July, some of Stanley Ann Dunham's passport documentation had been released to Mr. Christopher Strunk by the State Department following a lawsuit brought against the State Department for failing to comply with a Freedom of Information request originally made in October 2008.
The released documents indicate Dunham's husband, Lolo Soetoro, petitioned the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the State Department in 1967 to obtain a waiver to return to the United States to rejoin his wife and her infant son, Barack Obama Jr.
As usual, the birth certificate for Barack Obama was conspicuously absent from the documents. Obama's birth certificate would surely have been required for Obama to travel back and forth from Hawaii to Indonesia, and it was likely submitted by Ann Dunham for a passport issued to her in July 1965. However, the records for this passport are lost, missing, and presumably destroyed.
Although Obama's birth certificate was missing, an extremely poor and nearly unreadable copy of Ann Dunham's birth certificate was included with the other documentation. Thanks to some heavy-duty noise reduction software, and a few tricks of the trade, I was able to clean it up enough to read the key information it contained. There were a number of surprises.
Here is the original image.
Here is the cleaned and annotated image.
By most accounts, Stanley Ann Dunham was born in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. A handful of other sites indicated Wichita, Kansas, and the same hospital name, Saint Francis, one Kansas blog got the location of Ann's mom as Augusta, but none made mention of Sedgwick, which is 21 miles to the North of Wichita and about 190 miles Southwest of Ft. Leavenworth.
The biggest "shocker," which nobody has ever mentioned, is that the first name of Ann's mom is MADELINE - not MADELYN as is universally reported. Father, Stanley Armour's usual address was listed as Wichita, even though the Kansas websites listed it as El Dorado. According to rumor, Stan and Maddy were never married. They certainly did not live together when Ann was born. However, her BC says "Yes," presumably to avoid all of the different laws pertaining to unmarried parents at the time.
Stan's occupation is "Corporal" in the business or industry of the "US Army." Madeline's occupation and place of employment looks to be intentionally scribbled.
Not exactly "earth-shaking" news, but definitely undermines the "facts" written in Obama's "Dreams From My Father."
Perhaps other existing campus buildings had been used originally for the East-West program while the newly funded buildings were being built? I dunno, just throwing that out there.
No, he/she put the suspended thing on the homepage as a joke. However, for some strange reason, BP2 hasn’t posted to an eligibility thread for about 3 months. I always looked forward to his/her posts and miss them.
Ah....i did misread, thanky for correcting me..
I wonder ... Did He/She adopt all these kids?
Could that be whats going on?
Forget the Infant issue--as late as the 1960's, it was common to read legal document references to a person as old as 17 as an "infant". Offshore legal, even more common in the Napoleonic Code regions.
As to the Madelyn spellings, you assume she didn't write the ones where it is spelled differently--she certainly didn't write the application for the Certificate in Hawaii. And government clerks who fill stuff in spell things in lots of ways and don't worry about it.
That said, the form of the certificate is in fact troubling--absence of a state form reference for the document is unusual. However stupid you may assume the government employees to be, reversing the city and county is also out of line for someone who would have completed a bunch of these documents.
Did St Francis have a hospital at which the birth could have occurred in 1942 in Wichita?
Even if yes, it still causes you to wonder if this is maybe a fake.
The legend has Madelyn and Stanley getting married when she was in high school and not telling her parents. So the marriage, if one happened, could have been anywhere.
I don't think anyone has ever claimed Stanley was 20 when her son was born. Every account I've read has indicated she was 18.
The "age 20" in the document above indicates the age of Zero's grandma at the time his mom was born.
Thank you, Fred Nerks!

When should a name on a passport renewal be struck out?
Read the declartion just above Stanley Anns signature on her renewal application.
I have not (and no other person included or to be included in the passport or documentation has), since acquiring United States citizenship, been naturalized as a citizen of a foreign state; taken an oath or made an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state; entered or served int he armed forces
(If any of the above-mentioned acts or conditions have been performed by or apply to the applicant, or to any person included in the passport or documentation, the portion which applies should be struck out, and a supplementary explanatory statement under oath (or affirmation) by the person to whom the portion is applicable should be attached and made a part of this application.)
Marked P1, August 13, 1968. Obama renounced his US Citizenship and became Soebarkah, Indonesian National, in 1968.
Thanks, Doc! Youre a good man.

I wish “Sven” would post more at FR.
The 1925 Kansas census shows 2 year old Madelyn Payne.
The 1930 U.S. census ( April 15) shows 7 year old Madelyn Payne.
The thread was about Obama's mother's birth certificate, and the article said that according to some rumor her parents (Barack Obama's grandparents) may not have been married. That's who I was talking about.
It would have been strange if the Dunhams had a child in Kansas in 1942 and didn't marry, but in any case Obama's grandparents were together for over fifty years -- from 1940 to 1992. I don't know what it matters know, but they were married while Madelyn was still in high school, and it's hard to think they would have faked the marriage.
Thanks for your comment.
You think that she called it in while she was in HI and SADO was in Kenya?
Hmmmm.

Anyone can renounce their US citizenship, even Soebarkah.

Thats a false narrative to protect a usurper.
A minor can sign a contract, but it is unenforceable by the the contractor
(i.e. the contractor cannot repossess property or sue to enforce rights against the minor).
So, many people believe minors cannot enter into a contract. They can and they do.
But the contractor is exposed to loss if the minor does not choose to honor the contract.
In the case of a US citizenship renouncement, a minor must appear before US official and formally revoke their renouncement and swear an oath of allegiance to the US.
Once this is done, the minor recovers their US citizenship as a naturalized citizen and not a Natural born citizen.
Natural born citizens do not have to swear an oath of allegiance their country because the allegiance is considered to be naturally occurring.

Again, I havent a clue if Svens theory is correct.
But I do admire the way he argues his position at Obama Conspiracy.
I really am looking forward to the day when I do NOT post anymore about Obamas eligibility.
The day:
Obama announces he will not seek reelection.
Enough states have birther bills.
Another candidate wins Democratic nomination for 2012.
That day cannot come soon enough.
Polarik on Lucas Smith
Dr. Ron Polland says:
Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 10:01 PM
I have been analyzing Barack Obamas Kenyan CPGH hospital birth certificate for more than one year. This document has withstood the test of time. It has never been discredited.
Thats because Smith has never submitted a legitimate, high-resolution, color scan of it to me or anyone else who can tell if it is legit, despite repeated requests to do so. As many FReepers will attest, I made several offers to help validate a genuine, unaltered copy of Lucas Smiths document, for which I specificallty requested a high-resolution full-page color scan of the original document just like the many high-resolution full-page color scans I made of genuine, paper COLBs.
The copy above that Smith provided is totally unsuitable for analysis as are the YouTube videos.
This has nothing to do with what WND does or says, because I dont put any stock in anything they say, vis-a-vis, birth certificate images. Not when WNDs Publisher adamantly insists that Obamas online COLB is genuine, and the repeated statements by him and his writers to that effect are, at best, counterproductive to the other investigations of fraud committed by Obama, the State of Hawaii, Annenberg Public Policy Center, St. Petersburg Times, and Organizing for Obama/America.
Forensic document examiner, Sandra Lines would also be a good choice for Lucas as someone who can authenticate the actual birth certificate.
If Lucas has is the real deal, then why not have it authenticated? Wouldnt that strengthen the case to be made of Obamas alleged birth in Kenya?
If Lucas fears that it would, in any way, fail authentication, then it should not be advertised as being Obamas actual, certified Kenyan birth certificate.
So, as the Post & Email readers are my witnesses, I am again offering to examine a document copy that meets the following requirements:
Two 2550 x 3300 pixel (if the document is letter-sized), 300 to 600 DPI, 24-bit color scans of both sides saved as BMP files.
I am sure that both FR and the P & E would be highly interested to see them.
What I suspect will happen is that, when push comes to shove, and it is dicovered to not be authentic, Lucas will offer his mea culpa, saying, Well, I really BELIEVED that it was and I did everything I could, and then, another brick wall will have fallen into place isolating The Usurper from the Truth about his birth origins.

Oh trust me that is HUGE for many reasons that I sure as hell won’t state on any open forum .
Well, well, well. That explains a lot doesn’t it? :)
Why?
We filled ours as well. I just assumed it was always done that way.
