Why are stories about Lucas Daniel Smith being yanked?
The Post & Email | 9/7/2010 | surfer

Why do these articles keep getting banned and deleted on FR?

I don't understand how this breaks any of the rules here...have our moderators been inflitrated with Progressives, Marxists?

Is FR seeing its final days?

all scanned on to Scrib or whatever it is called

I know what you mean but I don't know it's name either. It cost that much to mail? $10,000? Geeze.

“He says he is willing to provide more evidence to Congressional hearings and investigations to follow up his letters to Congress. If Smith does so, he is stepping in it if he is lying.”

I thought the same thing. Smith is putting himself out there for trouble if he can not provide documentation that is well founded in FACTS!

And of course we all know SO MUCH about the man in the White House! Right??

I would certainly be willing to listen to Mr.Smith and then verify!

I still don’t know who friggin’ Pablo is. Everyone is expecting me to just accept him being wily. I must know who I am judging to be wily!

Possible scenario:

435 Congresscritters + 100 Senators = 535 mailings.

~$3.50 per mailing X 535 mailings = $1872.50.

Unsure of the cost of the public notary, but let's say five bucks a page (which is on the high side, I think).

535 X 5 = $2675.

$2675 + $1872.50 = $4547.5

Not including cost of envelopes.

Leaving around five grand unaccounted for.

Now if someone really did put up 10 grand for this, it might be interesting to know if they just paid the fees and there are more than I am aware of, or if Smith told the person that he needed ten grand to do this and the unlucky schlub just forked it over.

The extra five grand might explain why Smith would do this.

Just speculating.

Well what do ya know? Mr. Smith took my advice. It won’t get him anywhere now though because his credibility is in question and Lady Liberty has convinced the world that birthers are on the lunatic fringe.

I wouldn’t even speculate as there are too many variables on how they were mailed, the cost of printing etc.

Now mind you, I am guessing on the notary costs. I should have said five bucks a mailing rather than a page.

If it was a few bucks a document, and several documents per mailing, it could add up to a great deal more rather quickly.

Is there any proof that he made these mailing to Congress or do we have to take him at his word?

Yup. And there's the paper too. Was it plain printing paper or something more grand? I guess it could get pricey.

The receipts say $3.41 per letter, at least the receipts I looked at.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/36935783/Part-1-of-8-Lucas-Daniel-Smith-4th-of-July-Letter-to-Congress

So I suppose it could have added up to ten grand. Or ‘Ten Grand’ may just be a ballpark number instead of $9,273.11.

Side note..

Didn’t some outfit called African Press International claim to have a tape of Michelle Obama admitting Zero was born in Kenya?

What ever became of that?

If you checked the Scribd links, Smith does show receipts.

I tried the first tracking number and it checked out at the US Post Office website. I can’t say I’ve tried them all. Just the first one.

The notary shown is a listed Public Notary in Cedar Rapids.

There was a video of her talking about “visiting Barack’s homeland”. She meant Kenya but it’s been awhile ago that I saw it. She was giving a speech to somebody or other.
