Why do these articles keep getting banned and deleted on FR?

I don't understand how this breaks any of the rules here...have our moderators been inflitrated with Progressives, Marxists?

Is FR seeing its final days?

A "birther's" definition of the term "Birther":

 

One who has questions about the past of Obama as to his Constitutional qualifications to hold the office of President. One who seeks answers to many simple questions concerning Obama's past that would determine if Obama actually does meet the Constitutional qualifications to be Commander In Chief.

 

An "anti-birther's" definition of the term "Birther:

 

One who is a nut, loon, idiot, crackpot, psycho, whacko, one who supports loons and criminals, and is racist.

 

We certainly can tell who the "anti-birthers" are.  It sure would be nice if they would help answer the unanswered questions that birthers have instead of entering into put-downs and name calling.  But not to worry, the truth will come out and the questions will be answered eventually.

The way I look at it, Smith is a more obvious con-man/liar than Obama....while both are probably sociopaths I see no benefit in believing Smiths lies more than Obamas...In fact Smith (who should have known no one would believe his story) has in some ways done a worse job than Obama in backing up his story.

Obama and his team threw out a story and shut up.He just sits on all the inconsistencies and lets someone try to prove a negative.

Smith has talked and talked and woven an elaborate web that has nothing but air at the center. The problem is those who want to believe Smith will buy into whatever part of the story they like and refuse to look at the simple ugly truth that he for whatever reason is lying

To refute either Smith or Obama on the internet seems to be a futile endeavor and my guess is that for some people in 20 years they will still be trying to get answers to questions

It has been verified.

The map labels the coast of the Kenya Colony as being the Kenya Protectorate.

There was controversy over the Kenyan date format.

An old envelope (1897) stamped with in the month/day/yr format that is in the same format as the Obama Kenyan birth certificate.

Format is verified - and from numerous other sources that Kenya used the same date format that is on Obama's Kenyan BC.

I don't know that I would call it passions, but certainly interest in what Smith stated in his letter to members of Congress. Whether he is a con artist or not, it will be interesting to see what proves to be true and what doesn't. If Smith is an out and out liar about everything he has stated, then it will come to light.

Could be as we certainly know that even folks who lie often sometimes state some truths.

Rather than discuss Smith's character which I know little facts about at this time, I am most interested in seeing what happens to information he has presented for the members of Congress. If what Smith has presented is not true he will be proven a liar I'm sure.

The BC has withstood all the scrutiny. What is left only to his critics, besides his past, is Smith proving that he was in Africa and Kenya at the time he obtained the Obama’s birth certificate. However Smith says he does have “a plethora” of evidence (receipts etcetera) that he was there when an official government investigation/hearing/court case opens up against Obama and he is called to testify.

I don't think it will "officially" come to light. It's pretty self-evident from the record that Smith is an out-and-out fraud in multiple ways, sufficiently so that no one is going to take his letters to Congress seriously. They're going right into the circular file with nary a ripple. So people who want to pretend Smith is anything other than what he is can continue to do so. The rest of us will simply have our memories of the great Inspector "discovering" plantains. (That's an inside joke if you were there for one of the Inspector's more inspired moments).

I hope the simplest of questions will be answered and that it won't take 20 years! The questions most folks have are just to easy to answer.

Some questions I have have nothing to do with Obama’s birth place or constitutional qualifications. Like if he went to Columbia and Harvard, wouldn't there be a yearbook picture him we could see? If he was Editor of the Harvard Law Review, did he write any articles I could read? I haven't found anything. Have you? Please share if you have. Thanks!

Uh, I hate to break it to you, but the document has withstood no actual scrutiny because neither it nor Smith has ever been taken seriously by anyone whose scrutiny matters. And by all means, if the teddy bear of those extensive, closeted receipts comforts you, keep selling it to the rubes.

Honestly, people, Smith is a common criminal. He is a lazy, incompetent, dishonest predator of the kind conservatives with any sense of ethics rightly hold in contempt. He'd steal your mother's life savings, if he was any good at what he does, without a single pang of regret, which is why this site banned him. I've seen his kind in court more times than I care to recall, and it never ceases to amaze how long they can stretch out a scam simply by telling some people what they want to hear.

You’ll notice the critics here are afraid that Smith may get his Congressional hearing to present his evidence. That’s why they act like monkeys in a peanut gallery.
