LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Troopers said they were called to the Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World on Tuesday morning for a custody fight that ended in the theme park's parking lot.

The Florida Highway Patrol said a father from New York followed his ex-wife and child, who he claimed he has not seen in two years, to the theme park.

The man followed the two into the Animal Kingdom parking lot.

Troopers said they are trying to sort out the paperwork and custodial issue.

So . . . what happened? Seems like an incomplete story. What’s the ending?

Goofy pulled his full auto and dropped the parents, and the kid went off to live in Neverland.

So, I guess the mother called the cops and the two idiot parents ruined the child’s trip completely.

Doesn’t sound like the “ending” to me.

That's because this is just the beginning. Several lawyers and court appointed lackey shrinks are about to make large boat payments courtesy of this case.

I speak from experience.

The police can't sort out jack. It's a civil matter, they'll tell Dad that, and Mom will hang on to the kid. Then it goes back to court for a few more years.

If they had gone to Never-Never Land, this never would`ve happened.

W- Wait, Mickey and Minnie are getting a divorce? I knew it!! That darn Donald’s wife is always running around dressed in her Daisy Duck shorts when Mic is around. Homewrecker!!!
And DON’T get me started on that skanky little Tinkerbell. There’s a reason she lives in Neverland instead of with the decent folks, or fairies —— Oh never mind.

I wonder how state troopers got involved. Custody disputes like this are usually handled by the sheriff’s office. I don’t recall having ever seen FHP, although they are not just the ‘highway patrol’ any longer, doing this sort of thing.

Of course I could be way off base.

The Ohio Highway Patrol got involved in my custody case. My ex-wife and her paramour were state workers (OHP is responsible for state office security) and they used the OHP to try to intimidate me. After a few calls from my attorney, the OHP took a closer look and discovered that the ex and her friend were lying. Of course, they were never charged.

If the custody battle ended in the Animal Kingdom parking lot, who won custody?

If everything turns out the way it usually does, the man will come out on the dirty end of the stick.

It sound like either the dad called to cops to report mom as a kidnapper or mom called the cops to report dad as a stalker. Now they have to figure out who is lying. Either way it sounds like the kid didn’t have a very happy day in the Happiest Place on Earth.
