I don’t want to give anyone this headache. It isn’t actually a migraine, more of a tension headache. At least that is what it was when it started. Now, it has moved to the sides and feels like there is a fungus between my skull and my brain. I know that doesn’t really communicate well, but there it is. I don’t know how to describe it. I’m going to try going to bed early. Maybe sleep will help.
I’m watching the hurricanes. Earl has missed us (I hope Neets family was able to all gather together), Fiona is missing us. There is Tropical depression Gaston. I can’t tell where it is going.
I don’t want a destructive hurricane. I do want a three or four day soaking rain.
The Rays and Yankees have the best record in baseball. What, is that the third time in history that that has happened in one division?
I really don't have anything intelligent to say except...I can see November 2 from my lanai.
5.56mm
Heard from Ken Buck who was at the brkfst yesterday. I personally told Jane Norton, who has wonderfully gotten behind Buck, that I voted for her and campaigned to my friends at work for her. She was SO GRACIOUS and said, "God Bless you."
Huge activity here in CO. Also HUGE activity at work.
I was wondering where you were. I will ask later.
I really don’t have much to say either. But that doesn’t stop me!
Pirates have been awful. Auburn’s opener is Saturday.
November is coming.
LOL, I’m into “Liar” on page 56. We’ve had company for the past few days.
One thing I did forget - They should call early, early tomorrow morning to the Realtors Association and ask them if it is a law in Colorado for all persons to be present at the closing. If not, is a Power of Attorney acceptable, or a faxed Notarized signature, with the original papers sent overnight by Fed Ex.
They need to call this to the attention of the Association because if you are correct, the real estate company will have it’s license pulled!!!
I also forgot to say that I closed on a house in North Carolina just last year sending a faxed Notarized signature and then immediately Fed Ex’d the original. No problem.
Yes, I will FRmail you this weekend, hopefully Saturday morning. Going fishing again next Thursday with camera in tow.
Too bad we don't have the votes.
I will pass that on, too. One thing, they’re buying a house near Fort Bragg North Carolina. He’s been transfered while you were gone. Last night I learned that they were told it is the law in NC that for VA loans, JT must be physically present.
It still sounds fishy to me.
I’m thinking of you today.
Yesterday, the youngest was at her job behind the counter of TOOMER’S DRUGS, HOME OF THE WORLD’S BEST LEMONADE (I should know. I’ve been around the world!) and this “old” man came in. He began by greeting some other “old” people, glad-handing them and slapping on the back, etc. So, the youngest figured that they were some alumni back in town for the game on Saturday (against Arkansas State).
But then, he continued on, shaking hands and introducing himself to everyone. The youngest thought, “Okay, he’s a politician.” She also noted he had an entourage with him.
The man came over to my daughter and said, “Hi! I’m Robert Bentley.”
As soon as she could, the youngest went to a co-worker and inquired, “who’s Robert Bentley?” The co-worker didn’t know.
She had to flag down a manager to learn that Robert Bentley is the pubbie candidate for governor! Too funny. None of the college students knew. The PR team got three lemonades. When the team left, the manager inquired, “did anyone ring them up?”
They had. However, it caused the youngest a bit of mirth to imagine that the PR team had come in to gather votes and actually not paid for their purchases.
No, darling youngest, that is the RAT schtick.
Good morning!
TJ is really loving school, comes home with gold stars every day, Caleb wants to go to school, hope he stays in that mood.
Am on a a big time reading kick, ever get in one of these moods? Fun ain't it..the book this time is FULL LIFE IN CHRIST, by Andrew Murry, am taking this book and making it a study in my books collection.
