it’s pretty sad when you’d rather have the russian president running the US than the one we’re stuck with

“See the Rodina in your Lada...”
Doesn’t flow like “See the USA in your Chevrolet”...but it will have to do.

No way around it, Putin makes Obama look like a sissy. He is probably further to the right as well. Probably? Let's see: flat income tax, Christian religious education in the public schools, strong national defense posture, okay they're both about as bad as each other in terms of "crony capitalism" (maybe we should start referring to business CEOs who get special favors from the government as "oligarchs"), but overall, no question Putin's to the right of Obama.
Actually, I think there's a general consensus that among heads of state and heads of government, Putin ranks number 1 in terms of manliness.

You could go fishing and drink beer with Vlad and find things to talk about, Obama wouldn’t even be able to bait his own hook.

    It`s what saved Russia
How the German Army made it to the outskirts of Moskou over such roads is hard to imagine
And then it got cold

This Putin vs. Barry might well be an upcoming contest for World Ruler.
Think about how small the Earth has become with communication, travel and IBMs - a take-over of the UN should do it.
These two are both full of self-adulation and tyrannical bent.

I think it won’t work for him much. Russian domestic carmakers are loosing market every year. It seems like Chevy and Ford cars were more popular in Russia than they were in America for 2008. And all Ladas, Volgas, Chevy and Fords are lossing to japanese& Koreans there too.
Lada did quite well this year only due to an analogue of a Russian cash for clunckers program.

There’s a lot that “rocks” about Pres. Putin.
First, he’s a Christian..he’s a man, not a wimp like our illegal el lider...he’s a values conservative...and lots more.
