Islam has had some presence in America for a very long time, at least back to the 1600s, but it was relegated to a small portion of the slaves we brought over and some settlers. Many of the Founders mention them, and Jefferson specifically included them when writing about religious freedom. The 1800s saw some Muslim immigration, individuals and small communities. Any “contribution” of Islam was simply the contribution of the people who happened to be believers. The expansion of Islam into any kind of influential force based on an Islamic identity in the US didn’t happen until the 1900s.
A simple fact explains it best: Almost all of the mosques in the US today were built post-WWII.

Saying that Islam or the Muslims have contributed to America is like saying that syphilis has contributed to America.

I almost threw up when I read that quote. Of course since it was coming from Obama, I immediately know it is a lie. He is as far from the truth as one can get. If he says something, always assume the opposite.

Weren’t the Marines created to fight the muslim pirates? Hate to imagine what the U.S.A. would be like without our Marines. So, in a round-about way, the muslims started the U.S. Marines!

And probably a good many of those slaves were Muslims.
The stoning of a women by Islamic pigs, just proving Islam is about "justice, progress, tolerance, and the dignity of all human beings", according to Obama. The women is buried up to her shoulders in a sack so she cannot move or fight back. They then throw stones at her until she is dead.
American women had best understand this is what Obama wants for them.
